PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS : Optimum Eye Care is located in the heart of Richmond, BC. It is a 1,200 sqft full-service eye care clinic. It has two exam lanes, one pretest room, a fully equipped lab, a staff room, a private office for the doctors, and a full washroom with the capabilities to add a shower. The dispensary has the capacity to hold over 1,000 frames. The millwork was designed in a specific way to utilize the small space and to maximize the number of frames that can be held. Opria Group made sure to make every square foot count in this space so that the clinic would be able to function just as well as any other. This is special knowledge we have obtained over the years with our experience in specialized general contracting in the Optometry field.
